little history of freediving in Nice and Cabo San Lucas

Freediving has taught me a lot. Much more than a simple activity, it is a passion, a state of mind, and even a way of life. Thanks to it, the ocean has seen me evolve, grow, and push my limits. It was alongside great champions such as Pierre Frolla, Loïc LEFERME and Pierre FROLLA that I was lucky enough to take part in the beginnings of this discipline in Nice, with the second world championshipsin Sardinia. Then I went elsewhere in the world to discover new horizons, or rather new places of immersion, but also to teach freediving, until I settled in Cabo San Lucas, in this incredible region that is Baja California. In this video, I tell you about my journey, my vision of the Ocean, and also show you the incredible marine diversity that can be found here. Pierre Frolla, World Champion Freediver La apnea me ha enseñado mucho. Es mucho más que una simple actividad, es una pasión, un estado de ánimo e incluso una forma de vida. Gracias a ella, el océano me ha visto evolucionar, crecer y superar mis límites. Al lado de grandes campeones como Claude Chapuis, Loïc LEFERME y Pierre FROLLA, tuve la suerte de participar en los inicios de esta disciplina en Niza (Francia) con los segundos campeonatos del mundo en Cerdeña. Luego me fui a otras partes del mundo para descubrir nuevos horizontes, o más bien nuevos lugares de inmersión, pero también para enseñar la apnea, hasta que me instalé en Cabo San Lucas, en esta increíble región que es Baja California.
