I have an abundance of points at Villa Group resorts available to friends. I prepaid for a points package as a timeshare member at the resorts, and am charged an annual maintenance fee. My charge for points is 60c per point, which is way below my membership cost "break even." Live and learn. The resort has a club member posting of "points required" for various accommodations from four bedroom penthouse oceanfront units to efficiency suites. My reservation includes a confirmation number from the hotel and details in the guest's name. I accept payment for the points from Zelle and Venmo (U.S. customers) and from PayPal with a surcharge for Canadian customers. Send me an inquiry and I can find available dates and times at each resort and assist you in vacation planning in Cabo San Lucas, Loreto, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta and Cancun. Resorts include Villa Group properties at Villa del Arco, Villa del Palmar, Estancia and Valencia. As holiday members, we can obtain exclusive holiday units a year or more in advance.

Just found the original schematic for our Villa del Arco holiday week 51 (Christmas) and 52 (New Year). Available for rent this year. $6,500 Christmas week; $11,200 New Years. Resort makes it safe and easy for both parties. We’ll pay a $50 change fee and the timeshare weeks that we own will be transferred into your name.

Holiday Week pricing at Villa del Arco for what they term a two bedroom penthouse suite is $1,500 per night. We are renting our PH suite 1501 for week 51 (Christmas week) at $7,500 and our week 52 (New Year's Saturday to Saturday) for $11,700. After a deal is made, we assign our room through the hotel and place it in your name where you can do extra "stuff" like the all inclusive plan, which we usually use for five of our seven nights. Have to leave one or two nights for our favorite restaurants in town.

Villa del Arco ushered in the New Year for us again in 2023. We used the all inclusive plan again this year as we feel the food quality and service at the resort continue to exceed our expectations. They tried something different this year with an elegant buffet from the Neptune, South American Grill and El Patron. We dined at the edge of the Sea of Cortez with live music and fireworks to boot. We own fixed timeshare weeks 51 and 52 in 2-bedroom suite 1501, one of two two-bedroom penthouse suites in the resort. As resident members of the resort, we have additional flexibility to use points for others weeks in this Medano Beach resort.

We own the rights to two holiday weeks in penthouse suite 1501 at Villa del Arco resort on Medano Beach in Cabo. We will not be traveling this year. Our rates are discounted over what we've received for one or both years over the past five.
