I have an abundance of points at Villa Group resorts available to friends. I prepaid for a points package as a timeshare member at the resorts, and am charged an annual maintenance fee. My charge for points is 60c per point, which is way below my membership cost "break even." Live and learn. The resort has a club member posting of "points required" for various accommodations from four bedroom penthouse oceanfront units to efficiency suites. My reservation includes a confirmation number from the hotel and details in the guest's name. I accept payment for the points from Zelle and Venmo (U.S. customers) and from PayPal with a surcharge for Canadian customers. Send me an inquiry and I can find available dates and times at each resort and assist you in vacation planning in Cabo San Lucas, Loreto, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta and Cancun. Resorts include Villa Group properties at Villa del Arco, Villa del Palmar, Estancia and Valencia. As holiday members, we can obtain exclusive holiday units a year or more in advance.

Christmas in Cabo @ Villa del Arco~2024! Guest certificates included.

Holiday fixed weeks in Oceanfront Penthouse Suite of which there are only five such suites in the resort - 2 2-BR Oceanfront Penthouse Suites, 2 3-BR Oceanfront Penthouse Suites and 1 Owners Suite (4 BR). Ours (sleeps 8 ) ~ guaranteed to be in suite 1501. New Year's week only left. Wraparound terrace (865 SF) on fifth floor overlooking Land's End and unobstructed views up and down the beach from all rooms. Each holiday week is 11,800 points @ 70c a point or $8,260 for week 52.
