Our private Mima’s Village is a delightful, fully furnished 1 or 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ocean front view villas complex ( a two bedroom villa will accommodate up to 6 people), located very close to the Chankanaab National Marine Park (600 meters), which happens to be the most popular attraction on Cozumel island. Just a five minutes taxi ride from the cruise ship terminal and it is a favorite for scuba divers, cruise ship passengers, day trippers and beach lovers. Enjoy the natural beauty of our snorkel & diving area, explore the park’s reef area, amaze yourself with their archaeological tour or simply do nothing and relax inside the coziness of your villa. The villa is a spacious unit with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with ocean views, two bathrooms with shower and air conditioning in the rooms. There is a private deck which is a perfect place to enjoy the majestic ocean view. Amenities include a large TV , high speed internet connection and ceiling fans throughout the villas. The master bedroom has two double size beds, and the second bedroom has a king size bed. Both rooms are fitted with comfortable bedding. We can provide, per request, 1 bedroom villa with 2 bathrooms, 2 beds for up to 4 people. Here at Mima's Village, we welcome and treat people the way we like to be welcomed and treated. For the scuba diving lovers, we can provide you with tanks exchanged right at the front steps of your villa. Get your gear and simply walk from your villa into the ocean for a beach, snorkeling or diving day. If you need a guide, we can provide you one as well. Want deep ocean diving? Yes, we have a boat for that. But best of all, we know places normally people have never heard of. We are locals and we know the islands and surroundings little secrets and places. Mima’s Village is not a hotel or condo with shared facilities. It is privately managed by the owners and not through an agency. No property managers and/or real estate agents allowed! So we pass “their” commissions on to your savings for the best value you can possibly find. We give you genuine personalized service which makes Mima’s Village by far the best rental value on this wonderful island. Come and enjoy the Mima’s experience! Laundry and maid services are available upon request for an extra fee. Lunch or Dinner may be served to you in the comfort of your villa, also upon request. You only pay for the food and drinks.
