Loving kitty needs you! This cat is named Taco and he's a real love-bug. The two cats we already have don't like having him around stealing all the attention. He's a great cat, does his hunting duties, cuddles & purrs... can someone please adopt him? It's a cat show-down every night around here...

We will drive him to Cerritos, Todos, La Paz or Cabo and he even has been castrated and has all his flea / worm meds taken care of for the next three months.

Join on Tuesdays at 8:00am for this HIIT style workout.

For this class, a Tabata is 20 seconds work:10 seconds rest alternating between 2 exercises. We do that for 8 rounds and then switch to a new set of exercises.
