Santo Tomas Retreats are designed to refresh and rejuvenate participants, providing yoga practice for all levels and healthy cuisine to nourish mind, body and spirit. The beach-side retreats provide ample fresh sea air, vast views of the peaceful Sea of Cortez and the open Sonoran Desert. Nature walks, paddle boarding and personal time to enjoy the pristine beaches all provide opportunities to exp

lore and soak in the healing spirit of Santo Tomas. Come to unwind and learn, to find strength and balance, and to join with others in a quest for well-being. Each Retreat Includes: 3 days, 2 nights- Includes shared rooms, personal beds, transportation from Phoenix, AZ to Santo Tomas, Mexico and back, and all accommodations, gourmet vegetarian meals, drinks, yoga and paddle boarding lessons, a one-hour massage and a retreat souvenir. Cost per person: $675-$700
$350 deposit to reserve your spot.

Fundraiser for my nephew Ryan Hinze. He is recovering from severe brain injuries after being hit by a truck crossing a crosswalk on his bike. All proceeds will go to the him and his Family.

Our Story

Santo Tomas Retreats conducts retreats at the stunning beach front sanctuary of Santo Tomas, Sonora, Mexico and at many other awe-inspiring nature locations across the Southwest United States. In the past 5 year we have hosted 13 successful yoga retreats.

Our Formula

Our all-inclusive retreats introduce customers to a rich variety of wellness and healthy living elements. Each retreat includes yoga, healthy vegan eating, beautiful accommodation, outdoor activities (such as paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, hiking, horseback riding, gardening, personal training, sightseeing), and an ecotourism experience with visits to extraordinary natural environments, with instruction on natural history and local culture.
