Your destination is a 45-minute ride along the coastline of Ensenada. The route will take you through the city, the outskirts and then to a gorgeous hidden cove on the Pacific Ocean. Along the way, your guide will be giving you information about the excursion, what you can expect to see and about the Baja area. When the bumpy road opens up and reveals your destination, it will amaze you. Playa Arbolitos (Little Trees Beach) is made up of smooth, wave worn rocks. The base camp is set-up and ready. Your snorkeling guides will pass out your snorkeling gear (it is all included), show you how to use it and then help you get the gear on. There is a natural stone ramp that makes entering the water simple and easy. Snorkeling at Playa Arbolitos offers guests a much different type of marine life than you may seen before. The cove has a large kelp forest growing up to the water's surface from below. There are also many colorful fish including the Garibaldis that live in the cove. You will most likely get to see some of the resident sea lions that will keep a respectable distance on this snorkel shore excursion in Ensenada.
