There are few words to express the deep void the passing of our beloved mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend Carmen Gomez has left in our lives…

She was a fierce protector of those she loved, saw obstacles as nothing more than temporary set backs, and did everything in her power to make the vision she held in her heart a reality.

Built over the course of 3 years, and to her exact specifications, Hacienda Punta Piedra is, was, and will forever be, the crowned jewel of her life.

It is only because of her vision, and her tenacity to see it through, that this spectacular property is available for us to enjoy.

Punta Piedra has been a gathering place for our family for close to three decades.

We’ve watched as dusty roads were paved over, were thrilled when the highway expanded to include a dedicated exit, and could hardly contain our excitment when the matriarch of our family broke ground and began building the house of her dreams.

Countless vacations, celebrations, birthdays, weddings, and more have taken place within these walls. Including the magic and memories you, our esteemed guests, have created along side us.

We thank you for your thoughts and prayers, for loving Hacienda Punta Piedra as much as we do, and for playing even the smallest part in keeping Carmen’s memory alive.
