For those looking for a romantic getaway, to travel with friends, or for solo travellers, Casa Bongo is ideal, with a great location mid-island, breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and a comfortable atmosphere.
Early risers can step out onto their private, palapa-shaded terrace, and watch in awe as the sun rises over the horizon and stretches across the glistening blue water to start a new day in paradise. Relax on your comfortable outdoor seating area, and take in the calmness of this tranquil space, watch the horizon for families of wild dolphins heading out to hunt, watch as the Caribbean waves roll in, and enjoy a coffee. This space is ideal at any time of the day, as it is shaded and benefits from refreshing sea breezes, it also comes with a ceiling fan. Enjoy lunch and snacks here, an afternoon siesta, evening drinks with the family, or a quiet book.
Just across the street from Casa Bongo you will find beautiful beaches perfect for morning, seaside strolls. Explore, peaking in the tide pools, sea-glass hunting and beach-combing. The Caribbean side of the island is known to be rough, so swimming is not recommended, however, as you are located mid-island, you are just a short taxi or golf cart ride to the stunning, award winning Playa Norte, as well as all the fun, vibrant nightlife, delicious restaurants and shopping of downtown Isla Mujeres. You are also close to South Point where there are also some great spots for eating, drinking, swimming and snorkelling.
