Bienvenidos a Casa Vista Azul, located in Balcones de Loma Linda, Mazatlán, Mexico. All have stunning ocean views and access to the veranda, patio and backyard.

Our 4000 square ft home has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths that sleeps ten comfortably. The spacious bedrooms are equipped with en-suites, mini-splits, ceiling fans and smart TVs. The loft and living room have 3 convertible sofa beds for additional sleeping space. The open concept footprint and fully stocked chef’s kitchen is perfect for entertaining. We are half a block away from the Malecon by El Clavadista (the cliff diver), and a short walk to Olas Altas and Plaza Machado (Centro). During the day, take in the ocean view; read a book in the backyard patio, relax at the pool, play pickleball at the nearby courts, or head to the beach. Both Los Pinitos and Olas Altas beaches are within walking distance, and Playa Norte is just under a mile away. For your safety and comfort, our home is equipped with an enhanced, UV treated, full house water purification system, so ice and drinking water is safe, clean and readily available. Want something extra? We can customize your experience for an additional charge. Pre-arrival shopping, airport transportation, daily housekeeping, private dining with a personal chef, sailing charters, spa services and city tours are just some examples of how you can enhance your stay at Casa Vista Azul. Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis so you can bring your best friend to paradise! We know you'll love our home as much as we do.

There’s a great new restaurant in town! Check out Casa Elina located just off of Olas Altas in Centro Historico. Delicious breakfast lunch and dinner and a beautiful walk by the ocean from Casa Vists Azul!

Delta is starting their flights to Mazatlán this December! ✈️☀️🇲🇽🏝️

Mazatlán, Sin.- For this winter season, Delta Air Lines is returning to Mazatlán, with flights from Minneapolis and Los Angeles.

These flights will be in operation starting December 21, ending in April and are expected to arrive with occupancy above 90 percent.

Delta will launch service to Mazatlán (MZT) from Los Angeles (LAX), where the airline has increased capacity to Mexico by 13 percent this year.

Trips on this new route will be available three days a week, specifically Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Delta and its partners are the largest international airlines at LAX, offering 32 international flights on peak days, and Mazatlán becomes its twentieth international destination from LAX.

The sales director of the Vaggio hotel, Julio Birrueta, recalled that the American airline withdrew before the pandemic and is resuming operations this winter.

"Minneapolis is resuming operations again with three flights a week and one flight from Los Angeles, it starts in December and the executives are here at Fiesta Amigos," he said.

Coming to Casa Vista Azul? Definitely dine in one of our favorite restaurants in Mazatlán that has just reopened in Centro Historico. Delicious food and cocktails right in the heart of it all! We were able to go during their soft opening to try some new menu items and it did not disappoint. Just as fantastic as before. They are open for dinner starting at 5 and closed on Mondays.
