Mazatlan has amazing food and restaurants! One of our favorites is Topolo Restaurant & Wine Bar. Its has amazing ambiance and is set in an outdoor courtyard. Best time to visit is in the evening as its cooler and the lighting is beautiful. They even make your salsa table side at your specified spice level! Delicious!
