Located in the pintoresque neighbourhood of San Miguel Chapultepec, this studio is a real oasis in the city. As soon as you walk in the garden and hear the water falling form the fountain you feel far away from the busy street. The owner lives on the first two floors and the studio has an independent entrance on the back. The modern studio sits three flights up, at the top of the house and ensconc

ed in it's own private garden oasis. The studio was built in the late 1980´s and has been recently remodeled. It is spacious and full of light. It has big windows on two of the walls with nothing but greenery outside. Double glass on the windows reduces the noise from the street. It has a sofa which converts into two very confortable beds. It also has an area for you to work on a comfortable desk; that includes the use of wireless Internet. The dining area is also spacious and can accommodate up to four people. All the furniture is new and it includes leather designer chairs in the dining area. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with electrical stove, mini refrigerator and all the utensils you might need. The studio has a beautiful private bathroom with original art-nouveau tiles. Linens (100% cotton of an excellent quality) are provided and changed weekly. For your confort we also have brand new feather pillows and microfiber duvets. Cleaning of the studio once a week is also included.
