The upcoming season is mostly full but we have had some recent changes to our winter availability. The one bedroom condo now has availability between December 13th to December 28th. Fall seems to be trying to make an early appearance for some of you, especially on the west coast of BC, and this has probably left many of us dreaming of escaping to warmer weather. The upcoming season is mostly full but we have had some recent changes to our winter availability. The one bedroom condo now has availability between December 13th to January 4th and after March 22nd. The two bedroom condo also has availability from December 21st to January 4th and after March 2nd.

2024 Season Availability

Winter in Bucerias this year was very pleasant and now that we are back to the deep freeze we are already dreaming about out next trip. The spring season has had some recent changes in availability. The two bedroom condo has availability from March 23rd until April 18th and after April 23rd. The one bedroom is available March 25th onwards into April and May. With the rising cost of accommodation, April and May trips are a great opportunity for discounted rates. The upcoming fall season is mostly full. We have availability only in October at this time. We will be starting to take reservations for 2025 very soon.

Bucerias Beachfront Condos now has availability in the two bedroom unit for this spring break, March 18 to April 1st. Prices start at $175 US/night (canadian prices available). Discounts are provided for longer term rentals (2+ weeks) and Saturday arrival/departures. Please see our website for more specific pricing. We also have availability after April 15th in both units.

Winter is definitely upon us and if you haven't booked your escape from the cold yet we still have some availability this season.

The two bedroom condo has availability between December 17th and January 7th and after April 1st.

The one bedroom condo has availability between March 18th and April 1st and after April 15th.

It is looking like summer is giving way to fall and I find myself looking for my warmer clothing. I’m also catching my self day dreaming about my escape to warmer weather. Perhaps, you are too! Now that we are all anticipating an end to this pandemic we can starting dreaming of travel plans for next year. Please let us now soon as we are booking up fast for next season. We still have dates available in November, December, and January.
