We take our clients off the beaten track, to strictly artisanal distilleries, known as palenques in the state of Oaxaca, to teach about both ancestral clay pot distillation and the use of the more traditional copper alambiques. We visit Zapotec natives in their homes, their distilleries and sometimes in the fields. It's the real deal. And while you're welcome to buy, there is no obligation whatsoe

I take you to distilleries based on the quality and diversity of product, price, and the personalities of the family members. Sample espadín, tepeztate, madrecuixe, mexicano, cuish, a number of ensambles, tobalá, and of course reposado and añejo if you're so inclined (and more). Yesterday a client got a little extra, watching Rosario Ángeles adjust the abv of her new batch of agave distillate down to 61%, made with lobster, pineapple and coconut. This was one of her smaller batches of lobster "pechuga," at about only 20 liters, some of which has already been spoken for.

Palco "B": $1,031

2. Habrá 3 convites previos:
1, 7 y 8 de julio en donde uno partirá desde el nuevo Barrio Mágico de Jalatlaco.

3. Los desfiles de delegaciones serán el 15 y 22 de julio
Donde las delegaciones que participan en los lunes del cerro recorrerán las principales calles del centro.

4. Las presentaciones oficiales serán 4: el 17 y 24 de julio a las 10:00am y 5:00pm

5. Habrán ferias y exposiciones enfocadas en nuestras artesanías, gastronomía y bailes tradicionales.
