Today marks a significant milestone as I made the decision to close my Cabo business after 13 fulfilling years. It feels like the right time to prioritize self-care over business operations. This decision brings a sense of excitement as I embrace new beginnings. I'm grateful for the support from everyone throughout the years, especially to those who chose to rent our home and all my fantastic friends for sharing memorable time with me at VVP. Corporate will continue renting out VVP without services.

Where to begin? Everything was perfect, from beginning to end. The house and its views are absolutely stunning, whether inside or out. Flowers in a multitude of colors, early morning bird calls, palm trees blowing, all add to the serenity of the house. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets were spent from the comfort of the pools, looking out over the ocean. I highly recommend the chef staff, they were so friendly, and the food was always perfect, beautiful and yummy! Don't miss sushi night, the smoked tuna was perfection! The location is a quick drive to the marina, beach, pretty much anywhere you would like to visit, and the security handled arranging all taxis. Thank you to Marlona for making arrival and departure stress free, with airport transfers already in place. We will never forget our stay, and we thank you so much for sharing your beautiful spot in paradise with us.

“It all starts with the gracious and attentive host and just keeps getting better. Stunning views from this gorgeous villa. Spacious enough to accommodate our large group in every way. The staff was top notch and please take advantage of the on-site chef service if you can because they are absolutely delightful. Food was extraordinary and all preparation was fun to watch. Multiple levels of living space allow for privacy if needed but you may never want to leave the main living area which opens on to the amazing back patio/BBQ area. The cinema was an absolute hit with our group. Definitely would return to this wonderful oasis on the hillside.”

Words do not even begin to describe how amazing this home is! Everything…. The home, the view, the chefs and the food! Top notch. Marlona is amazing and made sure everything was perfect! We would highly recommend this home and can’t wait to come back!!!

“Wow 5 stars! This place is one of the most beautiful homes I've ever stayed in. Everything about this vacation went off without a hitch Marlona is amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable and will make this trip the most hassle free vacation you have ever had. From the moment we arrived we had the airport shuttle waiting to take our group to the home. When we arrived chef Alex had appetizers and margaritas ready for us. Chef Alex and his team are so talented every dish he made was a 10/10 his sushi was some of the best I've ever had. The home has breathtaking views from every angle and bedroom no pictures can do it justice. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are all very spacious. If I could pick one place to go on vacation for the rest of my life it would be this place. Thank you so much Marlona!”

PRIVATE NOTE: Thank you so much Marlona, everyone on this trip has all agreed this was the best vacation we have ever had everything went off without a hitch from the airport shuttle to the chefs to the house keepers everything was amazing I would love to come back and bring my dad for his 60th birthday next year in May!
