*One Perfect Day in Playa
….rinse and repeat!
Wake up, grab your coffee, and head to the rooftop to watch the sun come up.
Head down to the beach for a morning stroll in the sand OR get your sneakers on for a power walk down 5th as the shops start to open OR mix a mimosa and slip into the plunge pool to start your day with self care.
Grab a seat at any restaurant along Avenida 5, order some chilaquiles for breakfast, and people watch OR head to the Selecto Super Chedraui for gourmet fixings to whip up brunch in the condo.
Pack up your beach bag, fill your cooler, and grab the (complimentary) beach chairs for a day in the sun and surf OR grab just your wallet and sun block and head to one of the great beach clubs, letting them spoil you with chairs, umbrellas, music, drinks, and food!
Once you are all crispy from rays and salt air, take a nap in the air conditioned condo OR watch the neighborhood activities from one of the palapa covered balconies.
When it’s time for dinner, stroll north on Avenida 5 to Calle 38, where you will find half a dozen great restaurants nestled into the jungle, maybe situated around a babbling cenote OR make your way along the beach in either direction to enjoy dinner by the water at one of the many beach clubs-turned-dinner establishment OR venture off of 5th and the beach into one of the side streets or deeper avenues for many more delicious dinner options.
After dinner enjoy the sights and sounds of 5th Ave once again. The street performers, shops, and especially the bars and restaurants with live music. From rock to reggae to crooning songwriters, there is something for everyone.
At the end of the night, after you have had ice cream from Aldo, enjoy the view of the moon over the Caribbean from the rooftop terrace. The perfect place to start, and finish, your day.

renting a biciplaya bike and scooting along the bike path on 10th Ave
Visiting the Frida Kahlo museum on 5th Ave
Parasailing or renting a jet ski from the beach
