One of the local eateries we absolutely adore is just a short walk from Casa Tucan on the corner of 5th Avenue and Calle 56 in the hip and trendy Colosio neighborhood.

This little gem offeres delicious coffee and French fare.

Delight in fresh juices and smoothies, strong and flavorful coffees, French pastries, omelettes, tartines and so much more.

A personal fave are the avocado toast and the Eggs Benedict. Ooh-la-la 😉

The perfect place to start off your day with a healthy breakfast or meet a friend for coffee.

Good morning! It’s a bright and sunny day in Playa.

We are excited to let you know that our artesanal market will start again poolside in a couple of weeks just in time for the holidays.

Every Friday morning you can delight in sweet and savory treats made from organic ingredients and peruse a variety of offerings from local artists and entrepreneurs.

Everything from jewelry , clothing, paintings and beautiful handmade soaps… just in time for the gift giving season.

We love to come early grab a cup of coffee and a slice of delicious homemade apple pie.

This is a wonderful opportunity to socialize with fellow guests and get to know the locals.

Casa Tucán Condo is still available for Thanksgiving and Christmas as of today if you’re planning a Caribbean getaway for the holidays.

Did you know that we have an amazing Italian restaurant in our building? The food at Salento is delicious.

So when you arrive at Casa Tucan Condo in the evening, it's a great place to enjoy a wonderful meal and unwind from your travel with a glass of wine, or our personal favorite, a Mezcalita, before you head to the local Chedraui (this supermarket is within walking distance) the next day to stock up on groceries.

They also deliver. Did we mention, that the food is yummy, and how about that Mezcalita? It's just like a Margarita only that it's made with Mezcal, which the locals call medicine for the soul.

Casa Tucan Condo is centrally located on CTM and Calle Flamingo. We have a parking space for your rental car. There is a taxi stand (Sitio) right outside of the building and for $100 pesos they take you around town. Insider tip: If you walk up the street past 10th Avenue, your taxi will cost you just 50 pesos.

Looking for a cab ride to the airport, we got you covered. David, our trusted taxista will take you.

Looking to be picked up from the Cancun airport, where our local cabs are not allowed, reach out and we'll give you the name of a fabulous private car service to arrange your ride to Playa del Carmen.

Our cozy 1 BR condo is located just steps from the beach, beautifully furnished with custom furniture, granite kitchen counter tops, fully equipped, marble dining table, new king size bed, in a safe, quiet, gated complex with security and concierge on site.

This quiet condo overlooks the garden, pool and palapa and is ocean facing ensuring a nice breeze.

Our garden offers shade and relaxation around the inviting large pool area which lends itself to social activities like outdoor barbecuing and dining.

During the winter months we have an artesanal market every Friday morning in the palapa and by the pool where you can shop local products and delight in tasting many local organic foods.

You also have access to our large community roof top garden, a perfect place to read or take some quiet time overlooking the ocean.

Casa Tucán has its own washer & dryer, and high speed internet.

We are top of the list when it comes to the 4 most important requirements for selecting a condo in Playa:
