This majestic home is located within walking distance to almost everything in Playa del Carmen. The beach is 150 meters and 5th Avenue is around the corner. You can see the ocean from the balcony whirlpool bath and seating area.
The house is 3 levels. Each level consists of 1 kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms.
24 hour security is just across the street and it is a gated community, so it is an ultra safe area.
The private pool is located out the front and side door.
