Which bed configuration would you rather have in OasisChloe Guestroom? Please vote 1, 2 or 3:

1. Two individual (twin) beds that can also be made into a king (current configuration)
2. Two full sized beds
3. Two individual beds one with a trundle (3 twin beds that could be configured into a king)

I am getting ready to purchase all new lines & furniture and have been debating this for some time...My preference was to queen sized bed but the room configuration will not allow that comfortably.

Welcome to the un-sexy part of owning vacation rentals while being neurotic…the deep clean! Yesterday involved removing all the bed and throw pillow cases and allergy covers, washing, drying, steaming, ironing and replacing; followed quickly by wondering why I have soooo many pillows! Photos below are just from downstairs.
