Do not wear sunscreen or any lotions with chemicals because the combined products from all the visitors could threaten the health of the cenotes and they are a precious phenomena that deserve protection.

Dragonflies need fresh water to complete their life cycle.

Dragonflies are fast flyers!
They can fly at speeds up to 34 mph.

Dragonflies can fly in any direction.
They can hover in mid-air, fly right, left, up, down, forwards, and even backwards.

Some species of dragonflies migrate.
The globe skimmer (Pantala flavescens) has the longest dragonfly migration known to science – about 11,000 miles.

Dragonflies see ultraviolet light.
This helps them to better see their prey.

Dragonflies do not sting.
Instead, they use their amazing flying skills and ability to track the movement of prey to catch insects in mid-flight, using their legs to hold their prey.

This amazing experience will open your eyes to the awesome world of Cenote’s Caves and its underground rivers. Our guides will bring you through a path into the jungle to reach one of the entrances of the cave system. Here, we will find the Subterranean River with breathless cenotes of crystal water sources and a countless number of stalactites and stalagmites. The walk in the cave is approximately 2 hours. The path is well marked by a white thread and will lead us through tunnels and vaults till reaching the main cenote, lit by natural and artificial light. Description:

Live one of the most natural wonder of the Riviera Maya with the Sian Ka’an Tour! On this adventure we will take you to enjoy the Caribbean Sea, lagoon, jungle, coral reef, colourful fish, birds, dolphins, crocodile and giant turtles. All into their natural habitat at the stunning Biosphere of Sian Ka’an (origin of the sky) UNESCO World Heritage since 1987.

Our guides will take you though this paradise situated 45 km along the coast of Tulum. Once arrived at the biosphere we will start our journey through the jungle. Your guide will introduce you to all the information regarding the excursion’s activities as well as the local flora and fauna.

We will have the chance to take some pictures and admire the joining point between lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. This place is surrounded by awesome green Mangroves and trees which help to protect all this region. Here you will have the chance to appreciate also bird’s nest such as Cormorants, Frigate-bird, African Fish Eagles, Pelicans and Seagulls. With a bit of good luck we might be spot one or more crocodile.
We will reach our arrival point (Punto visitante) where the boats will be waiting for us to begin our aquatic activities. We’ll make our way towards the Caribbean Sea in search of our playful Dolphins and speedy Giant Turtles.

We will be heading to visit the Coral Reef to snorkel, relax and get to know more about life underwater. To follow, we’ll visit made-by-nature swimming pools with its crystal clear and turquoise water.

Finally, we will end our journey at a delicious buffet restaurant with fish, rice, Mexican beans, salad, potatoes, Tortilla and fruity Jamaica Water.

Tulum is the 3rd most visited Archeological Site in México after Teotihuacan and Chichen Itza with more than 2 million visits per year.
The original name of the site was

The original name of the site was Zama, which means sunrise. Tulum, which means wall, was the name given once this Mayan archaeological site was discovered.

Tulum was a school of astronomy attended by Aztec nobles, Zapotecs and other cultures at the time of its splendor.

Manatees are herbivores, which means they eat only plants. This means that they do not eat any fish or crustaceans. Manatees eat mainly sea grass found on the ocean floor. To get down to the bottom easier, manatees have solid bones that help make them heavier.
