We are all okay. Sergio's family are all doing fine. Fortunately Milton didn't touch land.
Progreso suffered minimal damage like trees down, cables down, floods and damage on our piers. On the other side some fishermen boats have not been able to return back home, hopefully they are doing okay at the sea.
No human losses on main land.
Please don't stop visiting us we are working hard to come back to work to offer the best of Progreso.
Florida be ready and stay safe🌪️

Fisherman and population are starting to evacuate. Businesses starting to close.
On a couple days Milton will also hit Florida.

Hurricane Helen causes damage when bordering the north of the Yucatán Peninsula 🌀🌊
Hurricane Helen, category 1, left its mark.
Although the damage was minor, Isla Mujeres was the most affected. 🌪
📍 Cancun and Cozumel: Strong winds, fallen trees, floods and power outages in some areas, as well as delays and suspension of flights.
📍Progreso Yucatán: Minor damage but lot of rain and power outages in some areas.
Today the sun is out and the weather is getting back to normal.
If you sail into our ports, expect some attractions to be closed and the beach not to be at its best.
The most important thing is that we are all safe, there has been no human loss.
