Our garden at Niku House is a lush paradise designed by of . The property boasts a variety of palms like traveler, coconut and the impressive emperor.. Trees like the endemic Icaco, mango and majaguas. Colorful tropical flowers and banana trees give guests a beautiful welcome upon arrival but one of our favorite areas is our cactus garden featuring an array of agaves, cactuses and the ancient species known as elephant’s foot. We’re proud of our garden oasis, and it’s a joy to share it with our guests.

Ever tasted fruit this fresh? Niku House is surrounded by fruit farms and visiting the local markets is a lovely experience. You’ll meet incredible locals and find some of the juiciest mangos and sweetest bananas you’ll ever taste. Our guests can’t get enough, and we bet you won’t be able to either!

Has anyone been to Playa Carizalillo? It has these old-school slides right on the beach – quirky, but cool. The waves are softer here making it one of the best beaches for long swims and it’s always perfect for when you’re looking to enjoy the catch of the day, freshly shucked oysters sold directly from the divers and just people-watch the day away.

“I recently celebrated my 30th birthday with friends and family at Niku House in beautiful Puerto Escondido, and it was an unforgettable experience! This luxury 5-bedroom villa is a true work of art with stunning architecture, a beautiful pool, and breathtaking sunsets that left us speechless every evening.

But it wasn’t just the stunning location and amenities that made our stay so memorable. The staff at Niku House were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. And let’s not forget the food! The homemade Mexican cuisine they served us every day was simply divine.

There’s so much to do in the area, from surfing to dolphin watching, fishing, and exploring the local markets. But honestly, we were so relaxed and happy at Niku House that we didn’t feel the need to leave very often. In fact, no one wanted to leave at all! It was the best vacation we’ve had in a long time, and we’re already planning our next trip back to Niku House.
