Princesa C-403 is our family's vacation home and we strive to maintain it in excellent condition so all of our guests will enjoy it as much as we do. Our unit is complete with free upgraded Internet service for faster WiFi connections, plus cable channels on all of the TVs. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. We have provided a coffeemaker, toaster, blender,
mixer and griddle, plus complete sets of good quality dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, bakeware and utensils. Dining area has a locally handcrafted hutch and large table, with seating for 8. In the living room there is a handcrafted entertainment unit with a flat screen HDTV, DVD player, Bluetooth sound bar that allows wireless streaming from any device, plus a selection of DVDs. Additionally, a large couch and chair provide ample room for lounging, watching TV or enjoying the beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. The ocean-view master bedroom features a queen bed with upgraded linens, flat screen TV with cable and a DVD player. There is an ensuite bath with a granite sink and granite-faced walls in the shower-tub area. In the 2nd bedroom there is a queen bed with upgraded linens and a TV with cable. The 2nd bathroom features a granite sink and a large granite shower. Seating on the balcony offers a prime opportunity to relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the ocean, beach, pools and courtyard. Laundry room has washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Unit is air-conditioned and has ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. Purified bottled water, bath tissue and soap, plus dish and laundry soap are provided by Castaways Vacation Rentals
