After a summer of upgrades at Casa de Rada we decided that we really needed to add some color to make it ours.

Past guest Jennifer Foerster, owner of The Pink Magnolia, made a second trip to paradise and just finished this awesome mural for us.

Thank you again Jennifer. It turned out much better than we expected.

Quick update for everyone asking about Casa de Rada.

Hurricane Lidia was looking like a typical tropical storm then within a day went to a category 1, 2, 3, then 4 hurricane before hitting land just south of Puerto Vallarta.

It ended up being Mexico's 3rd strongest Pacific hurricane on record.

Luckily no damage to our home but many trees down at the complex. Trees in pools, trees blocking the driveway, trees everywhere. The parking garage took a hit but nobody injured that we know of.

Big thank you to the staff that quickly checked each unit for damages and sent pictures to show all was good.

Puerto Vallarta was then hit with flooding and landslides. Wow! What a week. Hopefully back to normal soon and everyone stays safe during the clean up.
