Hello friends and fans of Condo Vista del Rio- just wanted to let you all know that Condo Vista de Palma our new 1 Bedroom-1 Bathroom condo at D’esire Condos is now open for guests to book. D’esire is located a few blocks closer to the ocean on Calle Constitucion near Los Mu***os Brewing Company and it has an incredible rooftop with a heated infinity pool, spa and swim up bar. We are using the condo ourselves for several weeks this winter so we aren’t able to accommodate seasonal or longer bookings, but there are a few spots open for 1 month stays and the calendar is open from February 27 onwards

Summer availability update as of April 20, 2021- we are open until May 27 and from June 1 to July 8. After that the calendar is wide open from July 13 onwards. PM me for special summer rates. Note the pool will be unavailable for about 3 weeks starting on April 21. The gym is not impacted by the maintenance work.

Winter is dragging on up north and everyone has had a little bit of time to understand the new requirements for international travellers returning to the US and Canada. Testing is readily available in Puerto Vallarta at reasonable prices, so don't let that discourage you from getting away if you choose to travel.
