This meal & ambiance were fantastic! A blacked pork chop with mango chutney & chicken Piccata, we both chose the saffron, lemon risotto with broccoli - really good. All with friendly service & the sound of the waves lapping the beach in front of us.

This Italian sailboat built in 1931 was docked in PV & it was stunning ! PV was chosen as 1 of just 28 ports in the world they chose to visit.

The goal for this visit to our PV home - more ROOFTOPS!! Like the name of the restaurant says the panoramic views are spectacular. We had a very good meal with friendly staff, tableside cooking & a great sunset. There are also 2 additional floors of open patios for a complete 360 view of Vallarta. The live performer was easy listening guitar & vocals that we enjoyed. This is an older restaurant & hotel but we'll maintained and easy parking.

ZIPLINES IN PV!! This is a must do adventure. There are several different tour companies you can do - this one was Garden of Eden. Lots of fun - must be healthy enough to hike between runs.

A Wonderful Day with the ladies - started with a yummy Brunch at Mexico Latte then to the Butterfly Sanctuary, where we learned a lot & even released our own Butterfly 🦋. Next we went to the Malecon to the Cocao Museu - where they have a free chocolate museum & several different chocolate making classes.

BUCERIAS - a short road trip about 30 mins north of our house. Beaches are a little less crowded then PV. This restaurant was a gem. Great seating - indoors, patio or on beach. Cesar had the enchiladas & I had an avocado stuffed with marinated shrimp - wow delicious. The mocktails were super refreshing too! #

Homemade pasta noodles with the most decedent, yet somehow delicate sauces - oh my! The gnocchi capricciosi - perfect pasta pillows with gorgonzola sauce accompanied by walnuts, arugula & prosciutto (and for my protein loving hubby we added some grilled chicken breast) . And the pappardelle fungi e salsitccia - the most amazing bands of wide pasta with mushroom & Italian sausage in a truffle sauce! A must visit. Service & ambiance also fantastic.

Very delicious experience - enjoy a rustic setting for the perfect fish dishes. It's definitely off the tourist beat but still well known. Before you get to the Ramadas stop to see the crocodile enclosure- so creepy !

Thai food - oh yes please! Exploring another neighborhood close by. The food was really good, & large portions - so plan for leftovers or share dishes. The location does not look like much from the street but it's hip, clean & has a/c dining room in back. Also spotted a trendy, Ramen restaurant next door - on my list ! 6 min drive to casa.
