The rooftop "Sky Lounge" Pool here at Condominio Manyara. With lounge chairs, and covered seating with tables, comfortable chairs and incredible 360 views from the 10th floor. Bar area with sink and counter too to serve food and a buffet. Gym on this floor too.

Hi, I'm Jeffrey, This is my newest Vacation home rental, I had previous B&B style Vacation Home rentals in Abiquiu, New Mexico (Between Santa Fe and Taos) I sold my homes there and now reside here in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico My previous rentals were also on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/AbiquiuNewMexico/ . (New owner still keeps the page up and running, even though they are currently not renting)
I also advertised on AirBNB and VRBO with a total of over 500+ Rave reviews. Here is my old listing on VRBO with 377 reviews, for one of my prior rentals in New Mexico.
I will be renting Casa Boho, Palmar de Aramara, Puerto Vallarta starting May- June 1st, 2022 as a short term rental (6 months) and also long term (6 months - 1 year or longer) as well.
I’m renting my Casa Boho, Manyara Condominio in Palmar de Aramara / North Hotel Zone, Puerto Vallarta for nightly, short or long term, Low or high season lease.
Condo is on 3rd floor technically 4th floor as parking entrance floor is not numbered, typical in Mexico. 10 story building with 80 condos with 2 elevators. Rooftop Pool (10th floor) and ground pool, 24 hour gated security, rooftop gym, walk to Playa de Oro beach 7 minutes or walk to the widest and most spacious beach in PV, Playa Holi-15 minute walk from condo gate to beach acces. Walk to the Hotel Zone restaurants (10 minute walk to the new trendy exclusive Campomar restaurant) and Hotel Zone hotels, La isla and Galleria high end malls, Walmart, Sam’s club all within a 10-15 minute walk. Costco and La Comer, 10 minute drive, PV airport 10 minutes. Near cruise ships hear their loud arrival and departure horns. In a quiet residential neighborhood in the Hotel Zone bordering Fluvial and the Marina called Palmar de Aramara. Walk to Palmar village cafes, coffee houses and shops 5 minutes.
Rented as pictured, with all furnishings, art, and plants, fully stocked kitchen, Extra towels, sheets, blankets and pillows.
Faces west, full afternoon sun, large balcony with sunset views.
2 bedrooms, Master Bedroom has a slider door onto balcony along with Living room access to balcony, 2 baths (Master bath with Toto smart toilet with warm water bidet) 2 large showers, no tub. With 3 Air conditioning spilts all with dehumidifiers. Office area in kitchen, with IMac desktop for your usage (100 mbps reliable Wifi) , Laundry room with large capacity LG stacked large capacity washer and dryer.
New condo is 8 months old. Fully furnished, fully stocked, complete kitchen and sheets and towels as pictured. 43" JVC smart TV in Master and a 32” JVC Smart TV in Guest bedroom. Stream Youtube channels, Netflix and HBO included. Large capacity LG washer and separate dryer.
Queen memory foam bed in Master, 2 twin beds in Guest room that can be pushed together to make a King) with extra pillows, comfroters and blankets.
Approximately 44,000 pesos ($2200 usd) per month with 1 year lease includes water, wifi 100 mbps, condo dues and home insurance and once a week housekepper. Electricity and gas are separate.. (3 air conditioners are electric with gas water heater, dryer, oven and stove)
Or 56,000 pesos ( $2800 usd) per month high season 6 month lease plus electricity and propane. Includes the same above. (November through April 2023) Works out to be about $100.00 usd a night.
Low season (May through October) Negotiable lower rent around 40,000 pesos ($2000 usd) per month for low season 6 month lease. Plus electric, gas and includes wifi and housekeeper once a week.

Small dog okay with returnable pet deposit (Long term rental $500 usd)
First months rent and equal deposit to move in.
Includes once a week housekeeping. for 3 hours each week.
PV is a growing city! There is lots of construction going on all over the city. Jackhammers usually all day from 9-6 and sometimes on Saturdays, Sundays off. There are city noises all around, Mexico is festive and can be loud, you can eliminate most noises by closing the 2 slider glass doors on balcony and use AC or dehumidifer. HIgh season (November through March doesn't usually require AC with doors and windows open)
