When I first moved to Vallarta, after almost 7 years living in California, I was surprise that,
although I am Mexican, it took me some time and many complications to find my way around. Consequently, I thought I should start a business helping English Speakers with different issues but, then I found out that most folks only trust who they know and since nobody knew me at the time, I did not succeed with my business idea. I then went into administration at a very successful gay night club. However, I had to quit because this job was keeping me away from my family too much. Next I became the Director’s Assistant for Century 21 until I found a better position as a Property Administrator. I recently stopped working there as I successfully helped the owner sell the building. I learned so much the last several years helping many expats through my various jobs that now I have plenty of references and so can now do what I wanted to do when I first moved here. I will “take you by the hand” and show you around, whether it's finding rentals, real estate, shopping, helping you set up utility services, opening a bank account, going to the doctor, going to a far away beach for the day, or completing paperwork (immigration, drivers license, Seguro Social for Mexican medical insurance (IMSS), etc.) I have found that helping people is highly rewarding in many ways so here I am making this service available to you.
