Beautiful and delicious dinner at LaPalapa on the beach with live music and a nice long stroll on the Malecon to see the progress on all the Dia de Los Mu***os displays that are popping up more and more every day.

Getting excited to see our first Dia de Los Mu***os (Day of the dead) celebration that begins soon in Mexico. The city is slowly starting the decorations and so far, they are amazing!

Enjoying a couple of the great restaurants within walking distance of our condo. Barcelona Tapas and Tintoque which moved from the Marina to just down the street! So fortunate to have such amazing options so close. And there are so many more!

Hello friends! Just making you aware that we have a rare opening in our 2 bedroom/ 2 bath - steps from the beach condo rental calendar from January 20, 2021 to February 16, 2021. If you are looking for a safe sunny place to go on vacation or know someone who is, please let me know. Our building has strict protocols in place and has not had any COVID cases. We also have extra cleaning protocols in place. Lots of studies show Vitamin D is very helpful in preventing viruses. Flights from Seattle are the lowest I have seen!

We have a rare opening at our 2 bed/2 bath condo in old town Zona Romantica due to a last minute cancellation. Steps to the beach and everything wonderful in Puerto Vallarta! Amazing dinner at La Capella last night! What a beautiful place! The 3 piece violin group was so talented and it was easily one of the best experiences we have had in Puerto Vallarta. What a gem! Exceptional food, service and ambiance! We celebrated my mom’s 80th birthday and so happy we chose this restaurant!

Visiting a tiny restaurant one block away called Warique. Excellent Guatemalan food restaurant with a lovely musician and singer and beautiful little courtyard. Might be a new favorite!

This restaurant is called the Iguana and resides inside the boutique hotel called Casa Kimberly which used to be the home of Elizabeth Taylor.
The food, service and award winning Mariachi band makes this place a must see if you are in PV. We also LOVE that it is a 10 minute walk from our condo- like many great restaurants!

Need to book a vacation in March or April? Sunny Puerto Vallarta has a great exchange rate! The food is fabulous and inexpensive and our place is right in the heart of the Romantic Zone or Old Town PV.

You can now book Casa de Suenos on TripAdvisor or VRBO. Of course we would prefer you book directly with us but feel fee to use either of these sites if that is easier for you!

Okay, so September not such a good time to visit Mexico (at least not over in Cabo with Hurricane Newton), but fall through spring is Muy Bueno!
Maybe even water taxi from iconic Los Mu***os Pier a few blocks from our condo. We still have some weeks available in January and March. If you like what you see on this site, please give us a thumbs up. Gracias!

Why come to Puerto Vallarta–Chapter 2.
Don't know about you, but I have a hard time finding an omelet in Seattle for $3.77 and mimosas for $1.30! But at Fredy's Tucan, YOUcan! Great food and just a few blocks from Casa de Sueños!
