Casa Guacamole is a very special property that sits on the hill above Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in the "Gr**go Gulch" area of downtown Puerto Vallarta. A three level hacienda offering 180 degree views of Banderas Bay and the ocean from all

4 bedrooms, great room area, kitchen, dining area and pool. All bedrooms have large balconies and king size beds, with the middle bedroom on second floor having the ability to be split into 2 twin size beds. Main level has formal dining area, media room, family room, kitchen, casual dining area, pool and fountain - "open-air" concept so few walls to delineate the space. There is a nice breeze throughout the home, but all bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool area has a large built-in 8 burner grill, lounge chairs, another dining table, as well as a fountain. Two lovely women {Erika & Carolina} enhance your stay by coming six days a week to do housekeeping and provide complimentary breakfast cook service. They are also available to prepare lunch or dinner nightly for a nominal charge. We highly recommend this service, as they are as talented in the kitchen as they are pleasant. Our concierge can arrange most anything you'd like at the casa: from bartender at the pool; to massages, facials, and pedicures. He can also arrange excursions. Casa Guacamole's location offers stunning views, as well as close proximity to great restaurants, night life, shopping and only 5 blocks to the beach/Malecón. We are on the hillside, but an inexpensive cab ride can get you to the house if walking the incline is not your thing. Casa Guacamole boasts 4 bedrooms with tip to tip views of Banderas Bay. One can walk or take a short, inexpensive cab ride to all of the unique restaurants, shops and bars that Puerto Vallarta offers. It is a truly magical hacienda style home which are becoming quite rare in the downtown area. The beach and Malecón are 5 blocks down the hill. It is nestled in a residential part of downtown among homes owned both by locals and expats. The pool area is large and gets sun, but the outdoor dining area is shaded.
