I just finished creating my own website for my condo rental in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico! I have decided to hold onto my condo instead of selling it, for now anyway!

Ive previously listed my place on VRBO, and its still currently there too, but both them and AirBnB have increased their fees so much for guests and hosts alike I decided to try my own site without any fees! This will be a win for all of us!

Come, get away and visit beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico!!!

For October, the daily rate is $120, minimum 3 night stay. Weekly rate is $700. Ask me about the rate for a longer stay! This unit is 8 blocks from the beach (about a 20 min walk) and right beside the pool. The unit is a 2brm/2bath. It has AC, and the kitchen has all the necessities you need. Full size washer and dryer, large screen tv with dvd player and there is also a music player to use with your phone or music device and also comes with free wifi!
