A few weeks ago I took a weekend trip to participate in a wild mushroom hunt in the forest of Mixtlán.

A yearly event which purpose is to educate about the different mushrooms found in our state, and to encourage locals to continue with the centuries old tradition of cooking the many edible mushrooms available in the area just as our ancestors did.

This video was taken on our way back to Puerto Vallarta. A 'parador' with a few restaurants on the road that offer Atole - which we try in one of our -, as well as deer cecina, grilled stake, fresh tortillas, among other dishes.

OMG, I loved this couple. Having a baby did not stop them from coming on vacation to Mexico, their baby was a total overload of cuteness. All giggles and smiles 😊 😊 😊

🏡 They stayed at an Airbnb in downtown, and wanted to enjoy the sunset from the roof top.

🌞 We pulled two little tables, a couple of chairs, and found shade until the sky filled with beautiful fiery orange colors.
