Tonight it's whole wheat spaghetti with shrimp and broccoli and Sicilian salad of fennel, red onion, fresh orange and Sicilian citron. The salad is on only when I've just come from mom's . Don't know of anywhere to buy the Sicilian citron. This is off mom's tree in CA. The whole wheat pasta proved too sturdy for the sauce. Back to linguine next time.
