It’s not just for the view, this beautiful jellyfish are turtle’s favorite food, and they die when plastic accumulates in their stomachs. 😔

Last year mexiCAN was able to deliver 985 toys on Christmas day and 3 Kings day to the children of Puerto Morelos.
This year we have a goal of 1500 toys, please help us achieve this goal.

Donations can be made in the following ways:
- new unwrapped toys or cash donations can be dropped off at Puerto Morelos Condos Grupo Kaam, Run Away Realty or El Nicho (**PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN TOY SHOPPING: $100-$200 pesos toys so everyone is treated equally)

If you are in Puerto Morelos this weekend don’t miss out on the day of the day events, altares (shrines) and catrinas contest tonight at the Colonia side, and tomorrow at the beachside park.

Altars are prepared to honor and welcome the souls of family members and friends who have already left this world. Food and beverages are served on a table decorated with candles, flowers, and photos of the the souls who are visiting: a celebration enjoyed by both the living and the dearly departed.
