Halloween was a big night in ! We were delighted to see hundreds of folks wandering the streets looking for handouts and fun.
A lot of Beetlejuices out there!
Our first Halloween in Puerto Morelos was a bit different. In 2002, we decorated the store as best we could, bought candy and...had exactly one kid show up. He was an American kid who had just moved to town with his parents.

is currently passing Puerto Morelos and the Eastern Yucatan coast on its way to Florida. We're not anticipating major damage, but we take all storms seriously. We lost power briefly at our casa, but have it again. (and lost it again, cameras may be down)

Aeromexico (with Delta) is starting up direct flights to/from Miami starting in December. Airlines like Southwest and Frontier no longer fly directly from Miami or Ft. Lauderdale to Cancun.
