If you don’t already know what the trompo is come find out on our newly added DINNER walking tour! Come hungry because we’ll stop at 4 different small places so you can sample the foods and learn the ways that they’re traditionally prepared. You’ll learn about the different neighborhoods in la colonia and some of the local culture. We’ll also introduce you to a variety of food and dessert options sold by local vendors. Tours are held Wednesdays-Sundays at 6PM or 9AM for the morning tour and depart from in front of Chedraui by the highway. The cost is 800 pesos per person and includes LOTS of food and drinks. From fresh fruits and vegetables to meats, cheeses and so much more. You’ll meet the friendly merchants and help support the local economy. Come hungry because we’ll also be stopping at various places for food and Chef Mauricio will tell you the history behind the delicious and very different ways they’re prepared.
