PoolView suite is available for rent starting March 18, 2024. This is a large one bedroom suite with fully equipped kitchen, AC, two queen beds in bedroom plus sofa bed in living room. Main floor convenience with patio doors that open to the courtyard and pool area. Large fantastic rooftop palapa for all guests to enjoy ocean views and sunsets. Located at the northern part of Guayabitos beach just down the street from Hotel Real Villas. Greetings from Casa Pelicanos. The units are looking good. Philly and Isabel have been hard at work painting and cleaning. We have suites available for short term stays even for Christmas and New Years. If you are looking for large apartment style suites on the beach in Guayabitos send us a message. We will try to accommodate you.

UPDATE-This suite is Rented until May 2023, Good news if you are looking for a rental on the beach in Guayabitos. The views are spectacular and the suite is gorgeous. Due to a cancellation Panorama is available October to January 31. Us $ 125 per night. You will not be disappointed. Discounts for stays longer than 30 days. King size bed. Balcony overlooks ocean as do all the windows. Roof top palapa and salt water pool.

** Pool view suite has been rented for next season. We have two suites left “Panorama Suite” which has incredible views and a king size bed available for US $100 per night and “Grandview Suite” which is a 1400 sq ft 2 bedroom available at US $150 per night. Discounts for longer stays.

Here’s your chance to live on the beach! Pool view suite is now available to reserve for next season. We are looking for a five-month term at 1500 CAD per month. We will also consider a four-month rental at 1600 CAD per month.
