We had a very enjoyable experiencing hiking with Vince through the canyon. He was knowledgable and we felt we were in capable hands. We were delighted to enjoy a delicious lunch at Kelly & Vince's off grid hacienda. What a lovely spot to break bread and share travel stories. Thank you so much! 😃

Our adventure surpassed our expectations. The scenery was spectacular, actually breathtaking. Vince, our guide made sure we were capable of doing the trail and provided us with knowledge with us of the flora. We then enjoyed a a wonderful lunch prepared by Kelly who accommodated our dietary restrictions. High recommended, at least five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Meet your personal hosts Kelly & Vince.

Kelly is bilingual, bicultural and grew up in Nogales, Arizona. Her parents Susan & Mario brought her to San Carlos as a child and has been enjoying it ever since. Grandma’s kitchen is where Kelly learned to cook everything from deviled eggs to an entire Thanksgiving feast. Her creations have evolved into Kelly's Kitchen. A place where tasty recipes come to life daily…And it’s ‘Susan Approved!’

Vince was born in New Jersey, and grew up in Tucson, Arizona. From the age of 5 he’s been camping, hiking, riding motos and exploring the Sonoran desert. His experience in the outdoors from desert hikes to snorkeling the clear coves of San Carlos offers unique perspectives and experiences for all.

Both are avid soccer players and gym junkies who love the outdoors. They now call San Carlos home and love to share everything they know about it. Here…"Where the desert meets the sea!"

Captain Elí safely released the sailfish back to the sea.

A great day of fishing! We landed various Dorado and a gorgeous sailfish! The sailfish was safely returned to the sea. Check out the videos on our page to see the big fish swim off.

On the menu from Kelly's Kitchen was fresh ceviche, ice cold cerveza, fresh squeezed orange juice & tequila reposado, and homemade key lime pie for the very happy guests. Captain Eli prepared fresh sashimi and the guys had the time of their lives.

'El Aquario' aka 'Martini Cove' is a great place to enjoy snorkeling, or just hang out on the boat and soak up the scenery.

We were surprised to find that the fish enjoy watermelon.
