Living our best Life
My Lovely wife Vicki and I have been in the Real Estate & Mortgage industry for the past 30+ years. We have resided in the pacific NW in the Portland Metro area. We work hard and play hard and came to cabo after we each went through a divorce. We met, bought a home together, fell in love, flew to Las vegas and got married, came home and purchased rings, had a family BBQ and told everyone our short journey. Lol everything really went in that order! Our honeymoon was in Cabo and we have been coming to Cabo for the past 21 years. We were sitting by our pool one day and the security guard can to us and asked us if we could speak with a young lady from los Angeles that had some questions about the condominium that was for sale. The condo was for sale for $1.2m and the young lady was looking to purchase the condo but she mentions that no one would return her calls. I mentioned to her that I was a realtor in Oregon/Washington and that I would find-out all the info she needed and get back to her. That was my “Ahh ha” moment that God was speaking to us that we needed to buy a home, start practicing real estate to help clients who are looking to find there dream home in Cabo, Mexico and create a process thats seamless for clients to own in Mexico.
