This newly renovated loft style house located minutes away from “The Ancha” in the heart of San Miguel is within walking distance to ‘restaurant row’, fruit and vegetable stands, shopping and many more points of interest.
You will have full access to the entire house along with a gorgeous back yard.
Casa 3 Chefs allows up to four (4) guests with two (2) large bedrooms (queen sized beds), ensuites from each bedroom and a ½ bath on the main floor.
The gourmet kitchen has absolutely everything that you can imagine, will make your cooking experience like no other. Our induction stove top, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, water cooler, coffee maker, espresso maker, air fryer is all brand new. Along with these appliances, we have fully equipped every kitchen gadget, talavera dishes, new pots and pans, flatware, wine glasses and much much more!
On the main floor is a brand-new laundry room with washer and dryer for your convenience.
On the third floor is a beautiful covered outdoor terrace with table and chairs, bar area, bar fridge and an outstanding view of the world famous Parroquia! Along with this view, you will also have a beautiful view of the backyard.
The backyard is completely private with lots of flowers, cactus and lawn area. We have provided table and chairs along with a huge umbrella for those warm sunny afternoons in San Miguel.
For your convenience, there is a small store located beside Casa 3 Chefs if you need to buy eggs, milk, beer, soda and other smaller items.
A Gardner and clean services once a week is included in the rental costs.
Smart TV and high-speed fibre internet is also provided.
