Hi, Thank you for following our Landmark 511 page. My wife just told me we had over 200 followers and I was shocked at the number. I guess I should of been paying closer attention.

This is a photo of Punta Sur Beach park. Quite beautiful don't you think.

Regarding the condo, we have painted it but am in the process of posting the pics (old ones still up), new washer and dryer, new tankless water heater, and new A/C units. have REDUCED the nightly rates for August, September, and October and have availability scattered throughout the months.
