IslaMar Vacation Villas is a small, secure compound consisting of 6 individual vacation villas (and one ocean view condo) that are fully furnished, and equipped to take the hassle out of homestyle vacation stays. Equipped with everything from dishes and linens to Cable TV and WiFi, IslaMar is a turnkey island living vacation experience where travelers can relax and get the most out of their vacati

on days. IslaMar is situated in a regular neighborhood just behind the downtown tourist zone. The neighborhood is safe, has a park 1 block away and small stores and "local's" type eateries are a half a block in all directions for those anxious to immerse themselves in the culture and ways of Cozumel. The tourist zone and downtown beach area are a mere 10-15 minute leisurely walk away for those wanting to meet other travelers and shop. Our new, second location is located directly on the waterfront of Melgar, close to Carlos & Charlie's, as well as other popular places of interest. Sherri and the IslaMar staff are on hand daily to help guests get the most out of their Cozumel vacation. Ready with everything from car rentals and island jeep tours to simply suggesting restaurants or nightclubs, this onsite concierge service will guide you toward an authentic island experience based on individual traveler's preferences. Our mission at IslaMar Villas is to provide quality, affordable extended stay accommodations to Cozumel vacation guests that focus on providing a relaxing, memorable "island living" type of experience.
