Cozumel Beach House has two Vacation Rental Properties. Jasianna Jaxen Beach Villa as well as Villa Paradise Cozumel. Both properties are located in Costa del Sol Community, Carretera Costera Sur km 12.5 ( Zona Sur).

Villa Paradise Cozumel open in 2015 renting 2 master suites. Upstairs Master Suite is Ocean View and Downstairs Master Suite is Garden View. The community has many services such as: 24 hrs security, Private pier, Infinite swimming pool, free parking, wifi, whirlpool bath, club house. Jasianna K. Jaxen the owner takes pride on managing the properties and serving her clients with is her passion. The Service to others leads to greatness.
