One extra perk in the 2 expansive master suites in property at Casa Mariposa PM] is that not only do the bathrooms come with large stone hand carved marble tubs but the bath carts are stocked with all the owners (me) favorite bath concoctions. At my own home I used a regular bar cart next to my standalone bathtub for all my favorite bath salts, bath milk, pretty much any combination of bath items you can think of. We wanted to offer for our guest same level of luxury experience. Everything on the Barker husband has selected for whatever your preference is. So, if you come stay at Casa Mariposa PM] or be sure to enjoy the extra luxury amenities of bathtime at this house. It’s almost anywhere else except my own home. Photo by

Welcome home! Front door entrance to in the left. Private separate entrance to Casa Mariposa’s casita on the right. Every room on the villas sprawling house plan was well planned for u primate coziness & inclusion. While at the same time spread out enough that wash of in individual suite. 6 total including the casita. 7 if you want the movie room/storm room palapa converted into a 7th bedroom. Each o e if these places has their own private bathroom so you can enjoy the closeness of sharing house made breakfast and lunch by our chef but also if you have some work to catch up on. Kids that need a cozy nap quietly tucked away from the noise of the common areas. You’ll realize each suite has a ton of privacy. Even in our shared double queen rooms we make sure the the bathroom vanities sharing a wall. The the 2 queen beds headboards are situated at the opposites wall. So the rooms are mirror lay outs of each other to minimize any noise between the 2 rooms. While we all love the family and friends we travel with it was important to us that sound Xeon other rooms not be an annoyance and the lay outs of the room make each private as possible. With their own lock, thoughtful lay outs and of course ear plus and eye pillows available upon request. Our staff has be working hard to be ready to welcome our first guests of holiday season at both homes. Thanksgiving in Punta Mita us prestige time to visit and our Starr has been working hard to make sure all “I”’s as sorted and “t”crossed. Welcome to paradise. We are ready to welcome and paradise.. 🦋

One of our two double queen suites at Casa Mariposa PM]. Quipped with dual sinks and vanities, indoor and outdoor rain showers, expansive built in closets with hanging and drawer space and the same high end bedding from mattresses, luxurious sheets you’ll want to take home ( most common question is the link to our guests request to buying their own set for back at home) and carefully selected bed linens and comforters as well as multiple pillow options in each room to make sure your head rests on your favorite pillow type each night. Each. Bedroom toiletry selection and even hair dryers are the same ones the owner favors at her own home. and believes each guest deserves the sane level of high end amenities during your stay. We even have our favorite high end baby/toddler toiletries stocked in the house and places in your room upon request for our tiniest guests. No detail was missed or skimped on when it comes to your total experience from shower or bath to full nights rest in every room of Casa Mariposa PM] or it’s sister property . Exterior view of this stunning villa Casa Mariposa PM] from its perfect spot with a view straight down the golf fairway to the ocean. Believe it or not the view from the house is even better our back exterior view. I just got back from a lovely long weekend there celebrating celebrating by girl turning 40. She & 10 of her besties enjoyed relaxing at the house, playing in the pool, we used the firepit, the beach clubs and eat so much good food we are still recovering… god bless sweet little Casa Mariposa PM]

Pond Master has the dreamiest view of the harm houses main focal point the lagoon. The pond master sits just off the lagoon with views and perfect sound benefits of being the closest room to the water. The pond master is concert center the third full master of the house with a large bedroom king size bed Tempur-pedic mattress, full bathroom with plenty of hanging in drawer space as well as an indoor and outdoor shower and dual sinks and vanities.

What a backyard view! I love seeing the cotton candy sunset skies reflected in the backyard pool at . Some days we don’t even feel like leaving the house for the beach clubs when we have an oasis like this out back. This stunning butterfly piece by is the largest piece we’ve had her commission for these Mexico houses. If you’ve been to And have seen the butterfly wall or the amazing piece behind the dining table with the shark vertebrae you are very familiar with her work. She did a couple of absolutely amazing things here for us at this house. And this ombré butterfly piece set the tone for the palette of we are so delighted to have her talent!

Kaseeta sitting/ cozy living room. The smaller of the individual suites or queen suites is the Kaseeta suite. Located with its own front door just steps away from the front door of the home which gives it a little more privacy the Casa Mariposa Casita suite has a cozy little living room seating area with large TV, queen size bed with nightstands and hanging pendants as well as a bathroom with shower hooks for your robes and art deco mirror. And Arnold window all around. For the private one in your group it is a great pic. Or for the couple with a baby who they want to put the cradle in a room separate than their bedroom this room is a great suggestion for both of those situations. It’s enchanting
