Playaakun is a private luxurious estate that sits just in the unspoilt environment of Sian Ka’an Biosphere, a Unesco world heritage protected reserve. Its location is ideal for seclusion, sitting on a pristine Caribbean beach surrounded by coconut palms and lush vegetation. In front of you is the Caribbean Sea with a stunning coral reef 100m out. Behind you is a calm and serene natural lagoon - all of this is within a private estate.
Playaakun comes with direct access to its own Private Beach, large decked area and infinity swimming pool. A large roof terrace with unlimited views and huge outside living areas. Indoors consists of a large open plan living space that looks out over the dunes and the magnificent pristine beach. There are 5 en-suite bedrooms, 4 of which have uninterrupted sea views and direct access to the beach and decked area.
Your stay is tailor made to suit you and your party's needs and is completely bespoke. You will be able to do as little as or as much as you would like. The house has four full-time staff (House manager, cook, maid and gardener) to oversee all aspect of your holiday. All Menus are personalised to your requirements before you arrive and once you are here the villa manager will arrange everything from snorkelling to SPA treatments and much more. Our attention to detail, but discrete service caters for the most discerning traveller.
At Playaakun we aim to be 100% sustainable and completely self-sufficient, achieving this by utilising energy from the sun and using our own natural water source - it's a zero-carbon property with all the modern comforts.
