This group was something exceptional. Three siblings traveling with their partners. We took a tour on 5th Avenue and ended up at the supermarket Chedraui (in 15 years I had never done a tour like this) and it was spectacular; I could show them so much about the city I lived in.
As I talked with each of them, I was more and more amazed; they did so many things and activities in their free time, for example: honey, furniture, hiking, necklaces, cabins, ATVs, kayaking, hunting, fishing... I feel that lately as people, we have stopped doing and fixing things, and we occupy our free time to be in technology and buying; instead of creating, admiring, setting ourselves challenges, and enjoying our free time. Thank you, destiny, for having met this beautiful family and receiving so much love and learning.

I have mixed feelings. It's my first time going fishing, and I had beginner's luck👌. What an incredible feeling to feel that the fishing rod is pulling and that I probably have something. I start reeling in the rod quickly so as not to lose the fish. Those minutes 🕐seem eternal, I started to imagine that I have caught the biggest fish🐠 in the world and no one is going to believe it, or what if it is a tiny fish🐟, or if I didn't catch anything🙈. So many diverse thoughts. When it finally comes out of the water, I find a beautiful fish🐡, it was pink. And at that moment I regretted it terribly. The first thing I think is: that fish looks much better swimming ,what if he was going home🏠 to his family, and what if he was looking for his baby fish... there are so many thoughts. On one hand I was very happy to be able to catch fish (because I was the only one who caught fish and I did a great technique) but on the other hand I was very sad 😕because I took the fish out of its habitat🌊.

Can you imagine that behind Oaxaca's mountains🌄, there are hidden magical treasures🗝️?
That's right; there are indigenous communities all around the place that create beautiful handmade crafts: ceramics, weaving, alebrijes, wood furniture... Each community with their own language🗣️, clothing🧶, uses and customs🎉, among other things.
True treasures, because today everything is so identical and made in factories that it is hard to find this authenticity💚.
Just a little reminder to keep traveling, to admire the handcraft and the unique things in the world🫂.

I have tried many Chiles en Nogada🌶️ in my life, but without a doubt the best is the one my mother-in-law makes. She cooks it with the most important ingredient: love; she puts a lot of dedication; it takes a week to make it. It's really an art, this dish has history. But what I like the most is that it brings families and friends together to enjoy it.

At some point in my life I was a guide + acrobat, a great combination.

What is this? They are called "Chapulines"🦗 (grasshoppers) and we eat this insects in Mexico, since we are little kids, it's part of our culture.
I know it looks weird 🤢, but in Mexico🇲🇽 it is common for us to eat these delicious insects; obviously with salt 🧂 chilli 🌶️and lime.
They really taste delicious, I could describe them as peanuts.
In Mexico 🇲🇽 around 350 thousand tons are produced per year. I've heard, it is the food of the future😱,mmmmm it doesn't bother me at all🤪.

Did you know that there are only two places in the world where we can find petrified waterfalls: Pamukkale, Turkey🇹🇷 and Oaxaca, Mexico🇲🇽.

I really liked Hierve el Agua, it's quite small (I imagined it bigger), and the water is very cold, although the cenotes in Yucatan have helped me get used to the cold. What I enjoyed the most was the landscape full of mountains and the great view it has.

Mexico🇲🇽 is a great place to travel: food, ecosystem, traditions, culture, monuments and landscape make it a unique place in the world.

I'm happy and proud to share the good things about my country.

Being under this majestic Ahuehuete tree🌳 is just breathtaking.
First of all, it is 2000 years old, it is the widest on the earth; to give it a big hug, you need 50 people around it, and you can find it at Oaxaca Mexico.
It's energy is undescribable, you can watch it for hours, and little by little you start finding different figures on the bark. The branches look alive, like a lot of arms on it, like the tentacles of an octopus.This is the way I felt around it, and how can I describe it
Thank you Pachamama for this wise giant on earth, a lot to learn from it.
