Hi friends !

I am renting out Casa Nivana on a long-term basis between the months of March and May of next year (2024).

Ideally, I would love for one person, couple or family to rent it out for all three months but I am willing to book shorter stays as well.

Casa Nivana would work great for anyone working remotely and wanting to stay warm and in the ocean during the winter and early spring months. Surf is up all year round here !

You would be living on your own in a 2 bedroom/2 bath home with a salt water pool minutes away from the best surfing beach in Baja California Sur. The house is on a private 1/4 acre of land securely fenced and gated with ocean and mountain views.

The house is also 10-minutes away from the wonderfully historic town of Todos Santos with lots of shops, cafe, restaurants and galleries. It is also an easy one-hour drive north of Cabo San Lucas.

There is so much to explore all over the area including the beautiful Balandra Bay and La Paz. Hiking and ATV riding is super popular in the area as well.

HI everyone !

I know quite a few of you have been asking about availability with my home in Baja and I just wanted to let you know 5 nights have just opened up during the Thanksgiving week.

The available dates are Nov 26-Dec 1st and these are the only open dates until mid-January of 2021 ! You would have the whole house available to you, which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a private salt-water pool, a full kitchen, living room, and a private fenced 1/2 acre of land all to yourself ! The best surfing and swimming beach in Baja is also just a few minutes away.

I would love to see a few good friends enjoy this special place during the holidays so if you are at all interested, please message me for more details. These dates won't last long !

And just so you know, I have stayed in my home twice in the past 6 months and Baja has been great about practicing social distancing protocol. Masks are required in shops and markets and in restaurants (until you sit down). All the airlines I have flown to get there have also been great with a variety of safety protocols in place.

You would fly directly to Cabo San Lucas which is only a 2 hour flight from LAX and 3 hours from SFO. My home is an easy and scenic one hour drive north from the airport.

November is also a wonderful time to be here with warm days and cool night; perfect sleeping weather !

HI Friends !

There are just a few available dates left for Casa Nivana between now and the end of April including the week of March 29-April 5th which I know is Spring Break for some school systems.

I am also now offering an "friends and family" special if you book directly through me so drop me a message and let's get you to Baja!

You would have the entire 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house to yourselves plus a kitchen, living room, rooftop dining area, 1/2 acre of private land and a salt-water pool all to yourselves.

And the house is a 1/2 mile from the best surfing/swimming beach in southern Baja. It is an easy 8-10 minute walk or 2 minute drive from my house.

Cabo is only a quick 2 hour flight from Los Angles, Phoenix, and San Diego and my home is an easy one-hour drive north.

Now that winter is settling in around the country, many of you might be thinking about a warm sunny getaway !

I am looking for both short and long term rentals right now for the winter months starting Dec 15-March 15. I will also be looking to rent it out this coming Spring in between the various retreats I will be organizing there. Stay tuned for those future dates !

The rental will include use of the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom casita plus use of the entire living area and kitchen.
