Visiten esta belleza de naturaleza en la Huasteca - el Puente De Dios - a solo 2 horas de Villa Café y Arte - Xilitla….la Villa se encuentra a 8km de Xilitla, una ubicación perfecta y central para visitar el Puente de Dios y varios sitios expectacualres, incluyendo el Sótano De Las Golondrinas, Hoya de las Guaguas, Tamasopo, y mucho más.

El Puente de Dios en la Sierra Gorda de Querétaro es un misterio de la naturaleza que parece sacado de una hermosa pintura.

When we say upgrades, we really mean them! This week our large patio terrace was completed… but the biggest upgrade was that little satellite you see at the very top. Now serving you some Starlink internet in the middle of the rainforest. So you can stay connected with the world even in the remote mountains, while posting all those featuring some of the best views and birdsongs you’ll ever see and hear!

Siempre hay algo especial en recibir una excelente reseña después de que los huéspedes se van de nuestras casas de vacaciones, pero el review de Daniela es realmente especial porque ella y su familia fueron los primeros huespedes en Villa Café y Arte. Se toma mucho trabajo para preparar un hogar para recibir invitados, especialmente en lugares remotos como Xilitla, donde todas las comodidades, materiales y recursos del mundo moderno no son fáciles de conseguir. "It was an honor to be the first guests and feel as if we were not, I say this because everything was excellent. We had an incredible time, the house had everything we needed, in all areas. The terrace with the grill is great for barbecues and conversation. The view from the house was very good, a lot of nature, many beautiful birds. I highly recommend walking through the trail that leads to the mountain, it is a good activity, it is very worthwhile. The attention was also very good, very fast and everything very clear, in addition to the recommendations of what to do were also good. In summary, I highly recommend staying here, you will enjoy it very much, you will feel calm and safe all the time."

We are very excited to officially open our doors today! It’s been a lot of work to turn this family gem in the Huasteca mountains into the perfect retreat for guests to enjoy. It’s been done with a lot of work, and every member of our family has had a hand in it. Fresh face, fresh art, fresh local coffee, new terraces, grilling area, lighting, fresh water, breathtaking views, and a breath of fresh mountain air to escape the hustle and bustle of life. A view from the Villa’s main floor entryway: living room, dining area, and kitchen. We’ve combined traditional (and locally made) wood furniture with some mid-century looks, while infusing the space with Mexican artwork and unique statement pieces. All while giving the guest access to modern features like state of the art appliances and comfort heat/air and wifi.

Just 20 minutes from is the Edward James’ Surrealist Garden… a friend and contemporary of Salvador Dalí, Edward and his associate created between the 60’s and 90’s it is a labyrinth of art meant to integrate and blend into the jungle. From stairways to nowhere covered in moss and alacosias, to orchid and fleur d’lis blending into their surroundings like a magical dream. is a MUST visit to the region.

Did you know? Xilitla is one of Mexico's designated "Pueblos Magicos" (Magical Towns)... between its charming cobbled streets filled with the aroma of coffee roasting In the morning, to the ex-convent of San Agustin cathedral dating back to 1557.. this little pueblo has a lot of "encanto". Visit the town while you stay at our villa, or grab dinner at one of the local eateries on your way back from discovering Las Pozas, or rapelling down a cave.
