Putra Homestay is located in the historic state of Malaysia, which is Malacca. Our homestay provides a spacious and comfortable lodge for guests.

Putra Homestay is a fully furnished lodge and very very spacious. That, even a barbecue party is possible! Putra Homestay is a 3 bedroom homestay that can occupy up to 10 guests with built-in cabinets, fitted air-conditions and ceiling fans in all rooms. Moreover, the kitchen is equipped with the complete cooking utensils, dining and tea sets, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine and refrigera

tor. The spacious living room is complete with sofa sets, chairs and tables for dining and relaxing. Not to forget, TV and an unlimited access of free wi-fi. As for the ladies, fret not, as an iron board and iron is provided for your usage. In honouring our guests into our homestay, a complimentary tea and coffee, biscuits and 5L of mineral water will be provided upon your arrival. Our homestay is suitable for families and friends that are in large groups seeking a pleasant, enjoyable and homelike environment. Price is at RM 250 per night. Selamat datang 2024 dan selamat datang para tetamu Putra Homestay yg saya hormati dan hargai. Kini Putra Homestay telah diberikan nafas baru yg segar dgn cat krim/kuning yg cerah. Gazibo juga telah dipindahkan ke depan demi kegunaan yg lebih selesa. Dalaman homestay juga diberikan nafas baru dgn wainscoting diruang tamu dan "alleyway" ke bilik serta dapur.

Kadar sewa masih rm250 semalam. Tekanan air juga bertambah kuat. Wifi, MyTV, mesin basuh, dapur serta peralatan2 dapur seperti pinggan mangkuk, kuali, periuk dll disediakan lebih dari cukup. Air mineral 5L dan sachet kopi, teh, gula disediakan foc.

Alhamdulillah, ramai "repeat" tetamu yg buat booking. Ada yg book untuk September 2024. Kami sentiasa berusaha untuk keselesaan tetamu yg bertandang di Putra homestay. Ribuan terimakasih di atas sokongan padu tuan/puan.

House is very clean, cosy, spacious and very calm surrounding. Room 2 even have closets of magazines and comics from my childhood. Family is enjoying our stay and even plan to stay here when we come to Melaka again. Stay here if you’re coming to Melaka, avoid traffic in town area and have peace of mind.

Selamat datang ke Putra Homestay, Ayer Keroh, Melaka. Di bilik dapur terdapat berbagai kemudahan2 seperti dalam photo2 yg disertakan. Di antara lain ialah:
1. Dapur gas untuk masak.
2.Oven, kettle, periuk letrik
3.Kitchen utensils, pinggan, mangkuk, sudu, garpu, pisau, kuali dll
4. Mesin basuh pakaian dsbnya
5.2-port sinky untuk basuh
6. Petisejuk
7. 5L air mineral
8. Sudut untuk teh, kopi, gula dll.
Semuanya untuk kegunaan tetamu Putra Homestay semasa menginap di sini. Enjoy your stay!

Disertakan gambar2 Putra Homestay yg terkini setelah penambahbaikan dibuat. Kadar semalam cuma rm250 shj. Untuk penginapan 2 mlm keatas akan diberikan diskaun 10% jika booking secara terus dgn saya (no.tel. 0136303628 atau 0133927900). Permintaan untuk checkin awal sebelum 2ptg dan/atau checkout lewat selepas 12tgh akan juga dipertimbangkan sekiranya ada kekosongan hari itu...enjoy your stay. Tq.
