黄酒麻油肉碎蛋

材料：
肉碎50g
姜丝小半碗
蛋3颗
蒜蓉1/2汤匙
麻油3汤匙
黄酒350ml

调味料:
头抽皇1汤匙
盐少许

做法:
1）肉碎加入少许盐和薯粉腌制20分钟,备用
2）将鸡蛋逐一煎熟,备用
3）麻油倒入锅内,加入姜丝以小火炒至微焦色,捞起沥干油,备用
4）锅留底油,加入蒜蓉炒香,加入一半的姜丝和肉碎炒至肉碎松散
5）倒入黄酒和鸡蛋焖一下，然后加入调味料
6）熄火,撒上其余的姜丝在上面即可
