Worried about the safety in the area? We have security guard in the area, on duty for 24 hours.

Not sure on where to go for the upcoming school holidays? Why not come over and drop by our very own Box Pool Villa.

Located at Genting Sempah, our close-to-nature environment provides a perfect platform for you to get away from your hectic everyday life. Here we have facilities such as karaoke room, pool table, mahjong table, barbeque pit, and even a private swimming pool for you to enjoy and relax. All you have to do is to make a booking, and you'll have all the premises and facilities to yourselves during the entirety of your stay.

If you're still not sure on what to do other than relaxing in our homestay and enjoying the facilities we provide, it only takes roughly 20 minutes by car to Genting Premium Outlet, where you can shop to your heart's desire, and only a mere half an hour to reach Genting Highlands.

Besides that, there's a few restaurants around Bukit Tinggi area where you can enjoy local delicacies at an affordable price. You could also bring home some of the freshest vegetables and their signature Horse Grass Egg that are on sale over at the stalls.
